Breast feeding is the best nutrition you can offer your growing baby. Therefore, we want to help make your experience is an enjoyable and lasting one. Breast feeding classes are available each month for those planning to breastfeed. These classes review the advantages of breast feeding, nutritional information and getting started tips to help ensure a positive breastfeeding experience. The eighth month of pregnancy is the ideal time to attend; however, you are welcome to attend at any time.

Classes are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 6:00 - 8:00 PM, and quarterly on Saturdays, 1:00 - 3:00 PM.
